We wanted to let you all now that debut album "Friends In High Places" from Seattle's All Time High has just arrived... There have been a few pre-release reviews that have nothing but good things to say about 'em too! The cd is now available at our Online Store, so come and get it. The band will also be touring the West Coast (Seattle to Los Angeles) in March. Please check our tours page for details.
As of about 5pm today, The Brought Low's new slab, called "Third Record" is now mastered. We are just waiting for a final sign off from the band, and then off into production it will go. The album is scheduled to be up on Itunes in March, and the cd will be out in early May.... Oh yeah, Hey John, we need that new bio for TBL post haste please!
Finally, We are very pleased to announce that Dixie Witch will now be joining House Of Broken Promises for an upcoming European Tour whick kicks off in April at the Roadburn Festival. This is going to be one kick ass show that is going to blow the roof off of many a joint! The 2010 DW/ HOBP Euro Tour will kick off on April 18th in Holland, and will hit stages in Germany, Italy, and a few other countries along the way. Many of the dates are now posted on our tours page.

The first video from the House Of Broken Promises debut album "Using The Useless" was excepted by MTV for HeadBangers Ball today... The video for "The Hurt (paid my dues)" has been kicking around You Tube for a little bit, and now it will be hitting the airwaves of both MTV and MTV2 in just a few short weeks! The HOBP band is also busy working on their second video with Rick Kosick for the song "Obey the Snake" which also comes from "Using The Useless". Perhaps lightening will strike twice! You just never know...

A belated Happy New Year to all... 2010 has got to be better then 2009 (one can only hope)... Anyhow, we have all kinds of new things in the works for you, so here goes.
Please welcome Denver's Black Sleep Of Kali and Boston's Cropduster to the Small Stone Roster. The Black Sleep Of Kali bring the rock (for fans of Roadsaw, Iota, Sasquatch, etc.), and Cropduster brings the roll (for fans of Antler, Wilco, Pink Floyd, etc). We will have photos, bios, art, and other stuff up on our website shortly, and both acts will be heading into the studio later this year to record their respected Small Stone debuts. In the meantime, feel free to search the interweb to find out more about 'em.
The "magic hard drive from Philly" has finally arrived at Mad Oak Studios and the Solace "A.D." album is now scheduled to be mixed in early February, so we should be able to get it out to the masses by Spring 2010, just in time for their trek to Europe. In other recording news, the debut from Gozu "Locust Season" is also scheduled to be mixed at the same studio during the same month, and if the rough mixes are any indication, the bar has been raised by Gozu. Red Giant are also scheduled to head into the studio in just a few short weeks, so things are really amping up quickly for the new year.
Mr. Goosman is busy mastering the new albums from Sasquatch and The Brought Low at his Baseline Audio Labs, so those two albums are almost on deck... Look for them both up on iTunes sometime in the next month or two, with proper cd releases to follow shortly thereafter.
We also have four new shirt designs coming your way in the next week... The T-Shirt Guy (a.k.a. Vince) is busy printing them right now at his shop in Roseville, MI, and these include two new Small Stone Logo designs which we are calling the "Orange Amp" shirt (Orange print on Black), and the "Big Muff" shirt (Red Print on a Black Ringer, White Body), a bad ass new Sun Gods In Exile design (4 color print on Black), and a Luder design by Mark Dancey (Black and Blue print on Grey) which would make the Detroit Police Dept proud. It might be cold now, but come Spring, you will look good in them!
Finally, most of our energies are being spent on SXSW at the moment... 2010 looks to be our strongest showcase yet so we hope many of you can make the trip. We have 14 straight hours of music planned for you, all killer, no filler...
